Conspiracy Theorists Believe World Bank is Evil

23. May 2008 | Kategorie restaurant | 0 Kommentare »

Many anti-Globalists claim there is a New World Order, which plans to take over all human civilization and run One World Government. Yet can you imagine how much smoother everything would run if at least each government had similar laws, language and trade rules? That would be good for all concerned wouldn’t it?

Recently in an online think tank one of these Anti-Globalist folks stopped by to make a comment, first off they could not spell and then they completely made little if any sense, although their message is somewhat telling in that they are absolutely hateful of any aligning of mankind’s civilizations. The anti-Globalist stated:

“Can’t you see, I thought you more open minded than that. Off course god wants to mind control us just like Satan, but he wants to mind control us for the better. Read about Satanism, money clubs, World Bank, the world state; health wise, heart wise (not just America).”

As far as the World Bank, I take their weekly online newsletter and it is great some of the things they are doing in the world. Building major infrastructure for sewer and water; educating folks to learn to grow their food; even helping in financing for drugs to prevent HIV AIDS and Malaria and that is only a few of the things they are doing.

As far as money clubs, world financiers, powers that be; you know it takes a lot to run a World, and without them all we would not nearly have the civilizations we have come to enjoy. We ought to be thankful for all that and whereas I am, wouldn’t it be great to better all we are and all we have built rather than sink to guerilla warfare and political sound and fury of labeling things “good or evil” and attack?

We as a society and Global citizens should be careful to allow those who wish to disrupt the forward progression of the species with such rhetoric, attacks and name calling, as calling the World Bank or powers that be “Satan” followers or even inferring such does no one any good. Look we have people in the World who are starving to death and children dying and we need all the help we can get to solve this crisis and we sure as hell are not going to do it by calling the World’s benefactors evil. Consider this in 2006.

Better Brain Boosters Natural Not Artificial Ways To Brain Strength

20. May 2008 | Kategorie restaurant | 0 Kommentare »

Most people don’t consider how hard their brain works for them every day. We are usually focused on the rest of our body and unfortunately, we do not know how to properly care for our hard working brain.

We have bitten into the assumption hook, line, and sinker ( bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry) that at some point we will lose our control of our memory as we age. A strong and sharp memory does impress others, especially well into our later years.

It is possible to boost brain power at any age after making a few simple lifestyles changes. These powerful strategies can work in as little as two weeks! The simple changes I’m talking about are brain food, exercise, antioxidants, and plenty of water.

The healthiest brain food of all is well documented, and that would be omega-3 fatty acid. A deficiency of this essential fat can impair your learning ability, intelligence, and increase your risk of depression and memory problems. Omega-6 fatty acid is an essential fatty acid that we need too, and it is considered a healthy fat for our bodies. Unfortunately, we eat to much of it at a rate of about 20:1. Ideally we should be consuming it at a rate of about 4:1 with omega-3. An overload of omega-6 is believed to induce inflammation, which is undesirable throughout the body, and especially in the brain.

Getting more omega-3 is as easy as eating more cold water fish such as mackerel, salmon, tuna, haddock, lake trout, or herring. If contaminated fish sources scare you supplementing with fish oil is a good way to get your omega-3. Chickens that are fed a a fish meal mixture will produce eggs that are rich in omega-3. Walnuts and flax are other sources of this much needed nutrient.

Exercise does benefit your brain cells. The blood vessel system inside your brain will dilate and improve blood flow when you engage in regular exercise. Exercise helps get out the toxins or other offending agents and lets oxygen and nutrients flow in so your brain can use them.

Antioxidants like vitamin C and E help protect brain cells from damage caused by free radicals. Vitamin E can be found in food sources like wheat germ, yogurt, soy yogurts, and sunflower seeds. Getting enough is difficult sometimes and supplementing is often recommended. Vitamin C helps boost immune response and helps lower inflammation. Inflammation in the brain is the last place you want to see this of anywhere in the body. Of all the B vitamins B12 is also an important nutrient for healthy brains, as well as the mineral magnesium.

The importance of adequate water intake is poorly understood by most people in proper brain health. In his book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” Dr. Batmanghelidj, MD explains, water that the brain uses as electrical energy is generated by the water drive of the energy-generating pumps. With no water (dehydration) the level of energy generation in the brain is decreased. Many functions of the brain that depend on this type of energy become inefficient. This inadequacy of function is recognized as depression. This”depressive state” caused by dehydration can lead to chronic fatigue syndrome. In other words these labels of disease are really just seen to be associated with stress. A dehydrated body is a stressed body.

Taking care of your brain health just makes sense anyway you look at it. Your brain pretty much controls every function throughout your body.

Drug companies would like for you to believe the solution is to take one of their antidepressants daily for the rest of your life to restore your “chemical imbalance”. Which after you quit taking, often times many discover, the condition is not healed and returns.

The fact is anyone of these, or a combination of the natural strategies mentioned above have been proven to work time and time again. The question is which of these methods makes more sense and what would you rather try?

Garden Water Feature - The Fish Dish

15. May 2008 | Kategorie restaurant | 0 Kommentare »

Want to be the envy of all the neighbours in the avenue then a water feature has to be placed into the garden. What ever fancy garden ornamentation that is to be - is entirely up to your own choosing. Because of the many designs and fixtures you may come up against problems in trying to decide what water garden feature to have.

The pond is a water feature found in most gardens today in all shapes and sizes and enhanced to the full with added extras to set the scene. Water lilies - bull rushes and reeds are just a few to mention. But it is the under water life that makes the pond more attractive (fish)
Remember when adding a water feature to the garden - take extra precautions in the safety measures where children are concerned.

Water garden features like the pond and the fish also need care and attention. Ponds have to be cleaned regular and fish need to be fed. Questions that crop up from many water garden owners is how to feed the fish - what type of feed should be used - how much and how often. Well the answer to that is there is no real fixed amount of fish food to give.

Of course there are some important issues on what to feed the fish. You have to take into account the fish`s size its appetite and their delicate digestive system which can differ due to water temperature changes.

Beginning from early spring to late autumn you will find the fish very energetic so it will do no harm to feed them every day. If the fish are prepared to take more then so be it. Remember you are not force feeding them so if the fish don`t want to bite then they wont. However, towards the colder months lessen the frequency of feed intake. Sometimes due to the fishs stillness at winter time then no feed is necessary

Try not to instigate problems for your fish`s well being by denying them the right food.

While the fish are in the mood to dine it is best to serve up a dish that will help them to stay active and healthy. Nourishing fish food is highly recommended. Bread/biscuit meal and ants eggs are less nutritional and can cause problems to the digestive system. Floating pellets filled with high-protein are very nutritious. By feeding the fish this way you get to see more of them as they surface for feeding.

Once the garden is the way you have always dreamed of full of foliage -shrubs and sweet scented flowers and of course your water garden feature - then remember that all the surrounding plant growth will attract insects so feeding the fish at this time is not necessary. Natural food supply should start to continue again with pellets in the autumn, this will help perk the fish up in their preparation to face the winter. Repeat pellet feeding in spring it will help the fish recover more rapidly ready for breeding.

Water features and creatures go hand in hand in adding beauty to the garden. Expect toads - newts and frogs to hang out in the pond area. Your water garden has not only given you a garden ornament that the neighbours would die for - it is the thought of giving a home to natures aquatic water life.
